At Madison Medispa, we realize most people don’t want dramatic, unnatural looking changes when treating with neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Therefore, rather than risking over treatment, we are conservative with our injectables, (especially if it’s your very first treatment) knowing that it is very easy to add a little more at your follow up visit if you wish to see a greater change.

Getting Started. When you come in for your first visit, we will schedule extra time with you so you won’t feel rushed. Our certified nurse injector will evaluate your goals and give you an estimate of what it will take to accomplish the changes you would like to see. Our office manager will then meet with you separately to provide you with a cost estimate to ensure you are comfortable with the cost of treatment prior to proceeding, and without the added pressure of having the treating provider in the room while you are making your decision.

Neuromodulators

Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Jeuveau® are injectable neuromodulator treatments that temporarily improve the appearance of wrinkles caused by repeated facial expressions like smiling, squinting, or frowning.

If you’re looking for a new med spa, this is the place! I’ve had a lot of facials at various different med spas over the years, and this is the best place I’ve been. I went to Melissa for a series of chemical peels, and she’s amazing! She customizes your treatment to your skin’s needs, and I’ve truly never seen greater results. Tracy works the front office and is also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about these ladies and this office. 100/10 recommend. You’ll be glad you did!

I was bothered by the spider veins on my legs for the past 30 years. Every year they would get worse and worse. My legs literally looked like a road map. I had tried saline injections and laser treatments at other medical facilities but nothing worked. Then last year I just decided to look up spider vein treatment options and came across Dr. Erdman's Medispa. I went in for a consult and he said he could help me. I signed up for it. I had a total of 6 treatment and my legs are vein free!! I live 1 hour away but it was worth it. Yesterday I wore shorts for the first time since my treatments and it felt so good to be free of those unsightly spider veins! If you're even thinking about having your spider veins treated by Dr. Erdman don't even hesitate and don't worry about a thing. You'll never regret it! I'm so happy to have my legs vein free! ❤️

The services at the Madison Medispa are top of the line, but that is not the only thing I love!! The staff are all very welcoming, knowledgeable about the products, helpful, and genuinely care for their clients and patients. I recently had a couple of facials with Melissa, and she is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable each and every step of the way, from the minute I stepped in the room. She told me what to expect with each product and was spot on. Coming from someone who doesn't always feel comfortable showing my imperfections, the attention and care I received from her and the rest of the staff is simply the best. 5 star rating!

I went to Madison Medispa, unsure what to expect and super nervous. When I got there, staff greeted me and got me back to see Angie right away. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire experience and provided answers to all questions I had. She took her time to ensure I understood the procedure and gave me the cost of everything up front. She never pushed me to buy more product, and actually did the opposite, stating “we can always add more, but we can’t take any away”. She followed up with me personally the next day to ask me how I was doing. I am extremely pleased with my results. I went back for a follow-up appointment, and became even more pleased after that visit. I will be returning to see Angie and I will be scheduling other procedures as well. I highly recommend Madison Medispa and Angie in particular!

Melissa did an incredible job with my recent two facials!
